Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If tax such as VAT applies to your order, it’s shown at checkout before you pay.

No. They don’t rely on integrations. You enter or paste in the numbers that matter, which keeps everything working on any Notion plan and means nothing breaks when another app changes.

Yes, for day-to-day use. We recommend setting it up on a computer or in a web browser first.

Completely. Rename things, add properties, delete what you don’t need. Once duplicated, it’s your copy.

If we improve a template, we update the original. Open your template link again at any time to duplicate the latest version.

This is digital content you can access straight away, so the usual 14-day cancellation period ends once you open your template link — you’re asked to agree to this at checkout. If a template is faulty or not as described, we’ll fix it or refund you. Read the full refund policy.

Yes, for your own business, and for managing client work inside your own workspace. You can’t resell or share the template itself. If you want to install it in a client’s workspace, buy one licence per client. See the licence.

Yes. One purchase covers one person, or one business using the template in its own Notion workspace.
