In short
- You’re buying a digital Notion template, delivered as a duplicate link. Nothing is posted.
- You get access straight away, so your 14-day right to cancel ends once you open the template (you agree to this at checkout).
- If a template is faulty or not as described, we’ll fix it or refund you. Your legal rights are not affected.
- You can use templates yourself or in your own business, but you can’t resell or share them.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Desmond John Balmer, a sole trader trading as Notion Temps and Blueprintly (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our address is 172 Dumbarton Road, Old Kilpatrick, Glasgow, G60 5DU, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@blueprintly.shop.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every purchase you make on blueprintly.shop. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
3. Our products
We sell digital templates for Notion, a third-party workspace app. Each template is delivered as a link that lets you duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace. To use it you need a Notion account; Notion’s free plan is enough.
Product pages describe what each template contains. Images show the template with sample data, which is included in your copy. Templates do not connect to other services (such as Claude, Instagram, Facebook or Google); you enter your own information.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). If tax such as VAT applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We never see or store your full card details.
We work hard to make sure prices are correct. If we find an obvious pricing mistake after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. When our contract starts
Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed and your template link is shown to you. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if we suspect fraud — in which case we’ll refund any payment in full.
6. Delivery
Your template link appears on screen as soon as payment completes, and we email it to the address you used at checkout within 24 hours. There are no delivery charges. Our delivery policy has the details.
7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. Because our templates are supplied immediately, at checkout we ask for your express consent to receive the template straight away and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins. Supply begins when your template link is shown to you.
This does not affect your rights if a template is faulty or not as described (see section 8).
8. If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a template isn’t, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it. If we can’t do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, we’ll give you a refund. Our refund policy explains how this works, and what we offer beyond the legal minimum.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
9. Using your template
When you buy a template we give you a licence to use it as set out in our template licence. In short: you may use and change it for yourself or your own business, but you may not resell, share or redistribute it. We keep the copyright in our templates.
10. Notion and other services
Our templates run on Notion, which we don’t own or control. If Notion changes how its product works, some template features may change. Where that happens we’ll update the template where we reasonably can. Blueprintly is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc., Anthropic, PBC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
11. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
If you are a consumer, we only supply templates for domestic and private use. If you use a template for business purposes, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer living in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law where you live.
If you have a complaint, please email hello@blueprintly.shop first. We’ll reply within 2 working days and do our best to put things right.
